The Matsusôkan Karate and Kobudô Club answers directly to Master Yabiku Takaya
(10.Dan/Ju Dan/Hanshi), Naha-City in Okinawa.
Mr. Peter Roemer (10.Dan/Ju Dan/Hanshi) was deployed as the Chairman and official representative for Okinawa
Matsusôkan Dento Karate Kyokai by Master Sensei Yabiku Takaya (10.Dan/Ju-Dan/Hanshi).

chosen by Master Sensei Yabiku Takaya is Mrs. Afra Johmann-Anderer Sensei (8. Dan/Hachi Dan/Kyoshi).
Our Director representative for Okinawa Matsusôkan Dento Karate Kyokai for Germany
chosen by Master Sensei Yabiku Takaya is Mr. Boris Wrazidlo Sensei (6. Dan/Roku Dan/Renshi).
Our training is focused on the learning of Karate techniques, as well as armed
and unarmed Katas. (A Kata is a fixed sequence of techniques)
Our weapons (all traditional Okinawan) are the Bô (long staff), the Tônfa (batons),
the Sai (the basic form of the Sai is that of a pointed, prong shaped metal baton,
with two curved prongs (yoku) projecting from the handle (tsuka)),
the Kama (sickles) and the Eku (boat-paddle).
Additionally we exercise the Kote Kitae, which is a set of partner exercises aiming to
strengthen the musculature and improve reaction times. Here we also apply techniques for self-defence.
